At MyHolyGrowth, we understand the excitement of receiving your hair Product. Our shipping process is designed to be efficient and reliable.

 

Orders


The orders will be in batches, a date will be set for when the batch will be. Once it is sold out, you will have to wait for another date to be set. Since our ingredients are 100% natural, I hope you understand us.

Order cancellation:


You can cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it.


Shipping Policy:

Our products are made to order and must be prepared with our natural ingredients. Please allow 4 to 5 business days to process your orders. This does NOT count weekends. My Holy Growth is run by a hardworking mom all orders are filled with love and care, so this time allows me to ship your order to the highest standard possible.

Non-delivery/stolen packages:

Any lost items should be brought to our delivery carrier's (USPS) customer service to have them open an investigation into your order. After carefully preparing your order and shipping it, we recommend that you keep an eye on your package. Stolen items will NOT be replaced. As you understand, these items are made to order and the quantity is very limited. Please verify your address before placing the order. If you do not add your house/apartment number, the item will be sent back to us and we will have to charge you a re-shipping fee. To avoid all this, make sure you add your correct address.
